Who We Are
Since 2018, Dewi5000 has been the trusted online gaming partner of over 500,000 members across Malaysia. We stand by three core principles: security, fairness, and an exceptional playing experience for every member.
Mission & Vision
Behind every game and every transaction at Dewi5000 lies an unwavering commitment to our players.
Our Story
Dewi5000 began in 2018, born from the shared vision of a group of Malaysian tech and entertainment professionals who identified a significant gap in the local market: no online gaming platform had been purpose-built for Malaysian tastes, needs, and habits. Most platforms available at the time were little more than direct translations of foreign sites that had no real understanding of how Malaysians think, play, and pay.
Founding team Dewi5000 decided to change that. They built the platform from the ground up with a clear goal in mind: create something Malaysians would truly love. The result is Dewi5000 — an online gaming ecosystem that brings together cutting-edge technology with an authentic local touch.
From the very beginning, Dewi5000 is committed to providing the most relevant payment methods for Malaysian users. Members can deposit funds via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) — all methods that are already part of everyday life for Malaysians. No complicated processes, no long waits. Deposits can be made in under three minutes, straight from your smartphone.
On the games front, Dewi5000 offers over 500 options covering every taste and budget. Slots fans will be amazed by our collection spanning Malaysian, Asian, and international cultural themes. Serious poker players can find well-matched opponents at Texas Hold'em or Omaha tables, 24 hours a day. Sports Betting enthusiasts can wager on the Thomas Cup badminton championship, the FIFA World Cup, the Malaysia Super League, or the EPL — all at competitive odds.
Dewi5000 strictly protects every member's privacy. All personal data and transaction information are safeguarded in accordance with Privacy Policy with SSL 256-bit encryption. We never sell or share member data with third parties.
The aspect the team is most proud of Dewi5000 is a multi-layered security system we built in-house. Every transaction is encrypted using the same SSL 256-bit technology trusted by Malaysia's major banks. Two-factor authentication (2FA) safeguards member accounts from unauthorised access. Our Random Number Generator (RNG) has been independently audited by an international certification body to ensure that every slots spin, every poker card deal, and every roulette wheel turn is truly random and fair.
We also take responsible gaming very seriously. Dewi5000 provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their play — from daily deposit limits and weekly betting limits, to a self-exclusion feature that can be activated at any time, as well as direct links to support organisations such as the Malaysian Counselling Association. We believe gaming should be entertainment, not a burden.
Today, more than seven years into our journey and with over 500,000 registered members, Dewi5000 continues to grow. We never stop innovating — from launching new games every week and improving our mobile app, to streamlining the withdrawals process and expanding our increasingly rewarding VIP Rewards programme. Every enhancement we make is driven by direct feedback from the Dewi5000 member community, whom we deeply value.
To all our loyal members who have been with us throughout this journey Dewi5000 all this time — our deepest thanks to each of you. And to those discovering us for the first time — welcome to Malaysia's finest online gaming community. We look forward to being part of your gaming journey.
Our Edge
This isn't just a claim — it's the real experience lived by hundreds of thousands of Dewi5000 members every single day.
Core Values
Every decision we make, every feature we build, and every policy we set is rooted in these five core values.
Dewi5000 never compromises on fairness. Our win rates are displayed transparently, bonus terms are written clearly, and there are no hidden charges on any transaction.
Every product decision at Dewi5000 starts with one question: "Is this truly the best we can offer our players?" Member satisfaction isn't a goal — it's our minimum standard.
We launch new games every week, continuously improve our systems, and always listen to player feedback to keep raising the bar at Dewi5000.
Dewi5000 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide self-control tools, betting limits, and support programmes to ensure gaming remains a healthy form of entertainment.
We know Malaysia. Our language, our currency (RM), our payment methods – TNG eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow. Dewi5000 isn't a foreign platform translated for local use — it's a digital home built by Malaysians, for Malaysians.
